  25. Do those of us, who have actually paid for the access, get our money back?

  27. If you can afford free internet access for any ZyXEL user, there must be
  28. something wrong with your pricing of the products... or is it a last ditch
  29. effort to shove some produce out the door?

  31. Why not lower the price of the product instead? Your internet service is
  32. not that good... it's nice, but lower prices are better...

  34. For a ZyXEL Elite 2864I, this would mean between 12 and 15 percent lower
  35. prices (for everyone), and for the cheaper models, it would mean, that the
  36. prices may actually come down to a nearly competitive level... or is that
  37. notion too alien for a ZyXEL distributor?

  39. Users, not requiring internet access, would also benefit from lower prices
  40. - wouldn't they?

  42. How come some distributors try everything in the book (at high costs) but
  43. competitive pricing?

  45. I'm not even demanding, that ZyXEL deliver products, that actually live up
  46. to their own the specs. I've "only" waited more than half a year, and the
  47. 2864I is still some distance from the promises in the published sales
  48. material.

  50. OK. ZyXEL has just discovered, that DOS is not that common a user
  51. environment anymore, but still I would like to be able to use - at least -
  52. some of the promised features, before Windows 95 is replaced by Windows
  53. 2000.

  55. Currently I would be content, if new firmware versions didn't re-introduce
  56. old bugs.... I'm not too keen on the current "firmware roulette" (if you
  57. need that "feature", load firmware ABC, if you need another "feature", load
  58. firmware XYZ, if you need both - sorry, you're out of luck - please be
  59. patient.... sigh... or rather: ZyXEL - pronounced "siiigh... sell...." ;-)
